莫桑环保部禁止了发放血檀、红檀、皮灰开采执照；禁止了鸡翅、缅茄、高棉的出口，只限于国内市场销售。并限定了新的木材开采量及出口量，只批准35万立方米的年开采量和43.6万立方年出口！
该文件由莫扎比克土地、环境和农村发展部部长签发。
它指出：
经批准本地物种的森林开采的参考条款，根据6月6日批准的12/2002号法令，第14章第1条规定，确定如下：
1、所有的产品证书都将被暂停，等待国家环境控制局进一步验证。
2、土地、环境和农村发展部批准的2018年的开采总量为35万立方米。
3、2018年的最大出口量为436,000立方米的木材、半成品或成品。
4、禁止砍伐和采集血檀、红檀、皮灰。
5、禁止了鸡翅、缅茄、高棉的出口，只限于国内市场销售。
6、废弃的木材将被收集并将属于政府。
7、本地物种的森林开采的参考条款是此文件的主要部分。
8、该法令立即生效。

The document is issued by Minister of land, environment and rural development of Mozanbique
It states that:
After approval the term of reference for the forest exploration of native species, through the regulation number 1 article 14 based on decree 12/2002 approved on 6 June , it is determined as follow:
All certificates of product are suspended until further verification by The National Agency of Environment Control.
The total volume of exploitation for 2018 approved by Ministry of Land, Environment and rural development is 350,000m3
The maximum volume of export for 2018 is 436,000m3 of lumber, products semi-finished or finished.
It is forbidden to log and collect Pterocarpus Tinctorius (Nkula), Swartzia (Pau Ferro), Combretum (Mondzo)
It is forbidden to export Chanfuta, Umbila, Jambira and licencing is granted only for internal market.
Abandoned timber will be collected by and will belong to the Government
It is also approved the document with the terms of reference for forest exploitation of native species which is integral part of this document
This decree become effective immediately
